About Baron de Ley 3 Viñas Blanco Reserva

Baron de Ley 3 Viñas Blanco Reserva is a white wine from the DOCa. Rioja crafted by Bodegas Baron de Ley located in Mendavia (Navarra). It was established in the 1980s with the aim of marketing wines in a classic style.

They own over 400 hectares of vineyards located in various areas of the denomination, thus allowing the different grape varieties to adapt to the region’s microclimates, ranging from the Alavesa to the Rioja Baja.

Baron de Ley 3 Viñas Blanco Reserva is derived from three distinct grape varieties cultivated in three separate vineyards: viura, garnacha, and malvasía originating from the Najerilla valley, on the banks of the Ebro River in Navarra, with a Mediterranean climate. The harvest is conducted manually.

In the winery, the production begins with the destemming of the grapes and a gentle pressing; the different varieties are vinified separately, and after blending, the wine is aged for at least a year in American oak barrels.
