Prosecco wine comes from northern Italy, specifically from the Veneto and Friuli-Venezia regions. Prosecco is very pleasant and easy to drink, which is why it is so popular. Unlike other sparkling wines made using the traditional method, prosecco is made with the charmat method, although there are some that are still made using the ancient local method called “Colfondo”. This production method, which is used for prosecco and some other sparkling wine, involves a second fermentation in stainless steel tanks. So why not try the prosecco wines selected by our sommeliers?
