The utmost reverence for Japanese cuisine

Japanese cuisine is highly respectful of the flavours it presents in the most natural and pure way possible. This is our starting point, selecting wines that respect and even enhance these flavours. In the case of sushi, for a successful pairing choose wines that are gentle and delicate, with low tannin and fresh acidity. This applies to any kind of wine, even reds! Sushi pairs particularly well with white or sparkling wines that have a mineral profile. Rosé wines are another ally as they are very versatile, subtle, and can offer interesting nuances.
