Maximise your enjoyment with these fortified wines

The key to success lies in selecting the wine according to the ingredients that accompany the rice. Spring vegetable risotto pairs excellently with dry white wines, rosé wines, or sparkling wines. For a seafood risotto, we can use chardonnay wines, albariño, or sauvignon blanc, or white wines with a creamy and light touch. For mushroom risotto, chardonnay wines are ideal companions, red wines from Barolo or those made from pinot noir, especially if the risotto contains truffles.
