About Vinea Rosado Tempranillo

Vinea Rosado is a rosé wine from D.O. Cigales, produced by the winery Finca Museum, in Cigales (Valladolid).


Finca Museum was born with the expansion of Grupo Barón de Ley outside La Rioja. In fact, it is in Cigales where they found a unique vineyard that allowed them to make their first wines, showing all the character and uniqueness of this area.

Finca Museum has 185 hectares of their own, and 60 controlled hectares. These vineyards are planted with century-old vines, rooted on poor soils, with low yields, but rich in minerals. All of them are cultivated in a personalised way, applying sustainable viticulture that is respectful with the environment.

Vinea Rosado is a wine made with Tempranillo from the vineyards that are located on the farm itself.

Once the grapes are manually harvested, they are transferred to the winery in small quantities to preserve all their qualities. Once the grapes arrive at the winery, they go through cold maceration for 6 hours. After this time is up, the free-run juice is bled to carry out the alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel deposits for around three weeks. After the fermentation, the wine remains on its lees for 30 days to increase its fullness.




 

2023
Vinea Rosado Tempranillo 2023 is a rosé wine that, on the nose, presents delightful aromas reminiscent of fruits such as lychee and red berries, complemented by floral notes and a hint of candy, all set against a subtle mineral backdrop. Its palate impresses with its silkiness. Blossoms of orange or violet candy emerge. This rosé wine is exceptionally well-balanced, with a most enjoyable freshness.
 
2021

Vinea Rosado 2021 is a rosé, intense and balanced wine. On the nose, it is very aromatic, with ripe red fruit and light floral notes that stand out. In the mouth, it is sweet, with a light final freshness that invites us to take another sip.
