About Jorge Ordonez & Co. No 3 Old Vines Moscatel

Jorge Ordoñez presents one of his masterpieces: Viña Viejas Nº3, an extraordinary fortified wine produced from the best 80 to 100-year-old vines. After a rigorous selection process, the grapes go through a very slow and uniform natural drying process, which may last 2 months.

The grapes selected in the final selection process are cooled at a temperature of 14ºC and subsequently pressed. This wine from Málaga is fermented for 20 months in French oak barrels. Limited production of only 1,500 bottles.
Viñas Viejas Nº3 is a sweet wine with a very intense aroma and flavour that will surprise you.

Viñas Viejas Nº3 2016 is an exceptionally intense sweet wine. On the nose, it is profoundly aromatic, brimming with ripe fruit, honey, and jasmine. On the palate, it is viscous and sumptuous, exhibiting excellent balance and a robust acidity.
