About Viña Zorzal Garnacha Rosado

Viña Zorzal Rosado Garnacha is a rosé wine from the DO Navarra produced by Bodegas Zorzal in Corella, Navarra. Established in 1989 with the aim of reviving the region's indigenous grape varieties and with the philosophy that wine is born from the vineyard.

The vines, over 30 years old, are located in the Ombatillo area, Corella. The vinification process is carried out using the saignée method, where the grapes are placed with their skins in stainless steel tanks, allowed to macerate for a few hours, and the resulting must, without any pressing, continues fermentation. Viña Zorzal Garnacha Rosado continues its journey in stainless steel tanks where it ferments and is left to rest slightly on its lees, acquiring body and creaminess. And nothing more!
