About Sòtil

Red wine made of a blend of Callet and Manto Negro by Mesquida Mora winery in VT Mallorca. In 2004, Bàrbara and Jaume entered into the exciting world of wine and since then they have continued to strive to offer high quality wines down to the last detail. Furthermore, this wine is made with minimal invasion of the environment, with biodynamic farming methods and animal-drawn equipment. The result is a series of unique and extraordinary wines, made with the maximum rigour and dedication. Sòtil is heaven, sensitivity; the cosmos creater of life and also all of its divine pleasure, such as wine.

2019 Sòtil 2019 is a supple red wine brimming with fresh fruity aromas, floral undertones, and hints of spice. On the palate, it is well-balanced, velvety, and refined. This wine features delicate tannins, moderate alcohol content, and a highly pleasing finish.
