It is renowned for its smooth and well-balanced flavor, as well as its versatility in mixology. It stands as a testament to Peru's tradition and dedication to crafting world-class pisco.
 
Barsol Primero Quebranta is crafted by hand, following a tradition that spans over three generations, at the Bodega San Isidro, a historic estate established in the late 19th century. Here, Barsol piscos are distilled in century-old copper stills.
