Adding his dedication to the legacy of six generations of the family established in Puligny-Montrachet, he presents Paul Chavy Puligny Montrachet, a white wine from old chardonnay vines planted in the magnificent terroir of Puligny-Montrachet. Vines cultivated with respect and harvested by hand with artisanal selection are taken to the winery for meticulous vinification that preserves the authenticity of the land and the pure expression of chardonnay. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels, endowing it with creaminess, complexity, and elegance.
