2008 | Great wine from the Ribera del Duero elegant, serious, very expressive, intense and very well balanced. It has a very nice slightly warm attack, that gives way to a tasty mid palate of perfectly balanced fruit and wood aromas, with a extraordinary silkiness. It shows a very good acidity and very long and very persistent aromas that leave subtle spicy and mineral sensations.
A gift from Emilio Moro, to be enjoyed slowly. Intense maroon cherry colour with thin purple edges. Bright wine with elegant tears. Intense, expressive and clean aromas. The elegant wooden notes appear along with the spicy aromas and some subtle notes of ripe black fruit. When it opens up, the notes of fruit gain in intensity, still well balanced with the creamy smoked nuances and the spices, which give way to some balsamic notes that freshen and round out this aromatic set. The wine is round off with a slight mineral background. A pleasure! |
|
2006 | In mouth is very powerful and concentrated balance and very tasty. By retronasal appear again spicy, black fruit and aromatic wood. Going through the mouth and is velvety with a good integration between fruit and wood to maintain a final warm. Pillory color covered with maroon trim. Nose is a wine dominated by very intense balsamic notes and aromatic woods. Also are the species, the black fruit on mature and jam, coffee, tea and cocoa with a touch of minerals. |
