Juvé & Camps Reserva de la Familia 2022 captivates from the first glance with its bright yellow hue and golden highlights. Its bubbles are fine and enduring, indicative of its extended ageing. On the nose, it unveils an elegant bouquet: notes of fresh fruits like ripe apple intertwine with fennel and Mediterranean herbs such as rosemary, while hints of toasted bread and nuts allude to its meticulous craftsmanship. On the palate, it marries freshness and complexity, with creamy bubbles and a vibrant, dry entry. It is distinguished by a fresh and persistent finish, underpinned by an acidity that adds depth.

About Juvé & Camps Reserva de la Familia

Juve & Camps Reserva de la Familia is a brut cava from Cava made by the Juve & Camps family winery, located in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. It is a blend of Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel·lo varieties.

The grapes come from different farms. although all of them are in the region of Penedès.

The harvest is done manually and the grapes are quickly transported to the winery to avoid losing their freshness.

Juve & Camps manufactures its products in the old way. They follow the process that their ancestors were already using more than two centuries ago.

After obtaining the must flower, Juve & Camps Reserva de la Familia is bred in the bottle for a minimum of 36 months. Each bottle is clarified manually.

Through this traditional process, Juve & Camps get excellent cavas, recognized internationally.

2011 Nice, seamlessly integrated carbon. Abundance of citrus shades and floral notes.

Pale golden yellow. Abundant and fine bubbles.

Notes of white fruit and citrus aromas. Recollections of honey and hints of dried fruit and pastries. It is a complex cava.
