About Perelada Gran Claustro Brut Nature

Perelada Gran Claustro Brut Nature is a cava from Perelada crafted with a blend of carefully selected grapes from vineyards in the DO Cava region, featuring varieties such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Parellada.
 
The vinification of the free-run juice is conducted under controlled fermentation.
Perelada Gran Claustro Brut Nature matures in the bottle for over fifteen months before disgorgement.
 
In 1959, during the visit to Spain by D. Eisenhower, President of the United States, Perelada was tasked with selecting a cava for the reception dinner.
They chose a small private reserve which proved to be an overwhelming success.
From that success, Perelada Gran Claustro Brut Nature was born.
 
Indeed, we are presented with an exceptional cava: complex, well-balanced, and with a fine mousse.
