About Domaine Nathalie et Gilles Fevre Chablis

Domaine Nathalie et Gilles Fevre Chablis is a white wine aged in stainless steel, made by Domaine Nathalie et Gilles with the Chardonnay variety in the AOC Chablis in Burgundy (France).

Domaine Nathalie et Gilles Fevre is the project of a young winemaking couple whose aim is to enhance and enrich the heritage of their ancestors. A legacy which dates back to 1745 and which over the years has gradually expanded in the heart of the Chablis vineyard to promote the region’s development and reputation.

Domaine Nathalie et Gilles Fevre Chablis comes from vineyards located in the village of Fontanay-Près-Chabli. It’s an area of 35 hectares with vines between 15 and 60 years old planted on steep slopes with stony soils. They’re cultivated using traditional agriculture and the harvest is carried out manually when the grapes reach optimum ripeness.

In the winery, the grapes of Domaine Nathalie et Gilles Fevre Chablis are gently pressed and the must obtained is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine then rests on its fine lees for 10 months in the same tanks. Finally it’s bottled after a very light filtering.

Domaine Nathalie et Gilles Fevre Chablis is a wine which reveals freshness, fruit and minerality. A classic from the prestigious Burgundy region of Chablis.
