About Domaine Lafage Coté Rosé

The South of France, known for its scenic beauty, warm climate and relaxed lifestyle, attracts many people looking to enjoy “l'art de vivre” (the art of living) in this region. Domaine Lafage Coté Rosé is a rosé wine that combines Grenache, Languedoc-Roussillon’s predominant variety, with Cabernet Sauvignon. These vines are planted on varied soils of clay, slate and even limestone, and are cultivated following organic principles and harvested by hand at the optimum point of ripeness.  In the winery, the grapes are directly pressed and the must ferments in stainless steel tanks and remains on the lees for a few months before bottling.

Vinified under the IGP Côtes Catalanes, the result is Domaine Lafage Coté Rosé, a fresh, delicious and round wine to enjoy the “l'art de vivre” that has made the Languedoc-Roussillon sub-region so popular.
