About Perelada Collection Blanc

Perelada Collection Blanc is a white wine from D.O. Empordà (Girona) prepared by Perelada. The winery producing fine wines since 1923.

Perelada Collection Blanc is a blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. For processing, a fermentation of the flower is held at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C.

Despite being a young wine, 8% of it is aged in new barrels of acacia.

Next to the winery, Castillo Perelada contains exquisite collections of all kinds: books, paintings, ceramics, coins ... This wine is a tribute to the collection of glass, which brings together pieces from great schools and from different eras. On the wine label we see some examples.
