About Botani Espumoso

This is the inaugural vintage of a distinctive sparkling wine, crafted exclusively from Moscatel de Alejandría sourced from the finest vines cultivated by Jorge Ordóñez in the mountains of Almáchar, at the very heart of the Axarquía region in Málaga.

At an altitude of 700 metres above sea level, on rugged soils of slate and white quartz, the grapes mature slowly, giving life to this wine of great freshness and aromatic expression. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, thereby preserving the full intensity and varietal character of the Moscatel.

Each bottle of Botani Espumoso is the result of an exquisite selection of grape clusters, and its label pays tribute to one of Málaga's most beautiful and fragrant traditions: the biznaga, that delicate bouquet of hand-assembled jasmine flowers, a symbol of elegance, patience, and artistry.

The result is Botani Espumoso, a floral, delicate, and luminous sparkling wine that captures the essence of the Andalusian Mediterranean.

Botani Espumoso is a refreshing sparkling gem that captivates from the first glance with its vibrant straw colour. As the glass is brought closer, a floral bouquet is released, intertwining with fresh notes of tropical fruits such as mango and pineapple, awakening the senses. On the palate, this sparkling wine stands out for its perfect balance between rich opulence and a refreshing acidity that makes it irresistible. Crafted using the Méthode Champenoise, each bubble gently caresses the palate.
