About Orujo de Fefiñanes Blanco 50 cl

This is a pomace that comes from the distillation of fresh Albariño skins from the Palacio de Fefiñanes winery.

The base product is the skins of the Albariño variety. The pomace, as soon as it is made, is immediately distilled in discontinuous copper stills to maintain its purity and preserve its delicious aromas.
